Written aftercare instructions are provided to help you develop your lawn properly. Instructions are individualized and hand delivered along with verbal guidance at the time of completion based on:

1. Soil conditions, temperature, time of year, seed type, topography, & drainage. 
2. With proper adherence to instructions and cooperation from the weather, most customers can mow their new lawns within 30 days.
